I finally had a mental health assessment and finally got answers. The support is being put in place that I need, and EMDR therapy soon, hopefully. All thanks to your amazing blogs and encouragement I watch every day. I have started this year as I mean to go on — positive and fighting the best I can to get better and not let PTSD control my life.

Can we all just take a minute to thank the person who started this from the get-go. She's one in a million, and I'm glad you saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Rebecca, you're an inspiration to this whole group and many more people around the world. You, your children, and your family — you make them all proud.

I wasn't going to come last night, but I'm so glad I did. It definitely inspired me. I think I need to get myself and my music out there more — I should be performing myself. Coming from a small town, that mentality can get to me sometimes, so thank you for giving me the push I needed.

Your foundation is amazing, and the world is a better place with people like you who have organised such an amazing foundation and safe space for people who struggle with mental health. Big up yourself, you beautiful human being — keep shining.

Just started watching the mental health video, and the bit where you said you wrote letters to your mum and kids brought tears to my eyes. I'm glad you realise you're not alone, and neither is anyone else. Thanks for uploading the video. May God continue to bless you and allow you to help others.
